Overview and site pages

Overview

The Overview is your home screen for the site selected in the top-left. It shows:

• Visitors, page views, conversions and average session length, each compared with the previous period of the same length.
• An AI summary of what changed, in a sentence or two.
• Ask Sonar, so you can ask a question without leaving the page.
• Live now: who's on the site right now and which pages they're viewing.
• Live chat: the latest conversations, with unread ones highlighted. See Connecting live chat.
• Tracked links: your busiest links and goals.
• Sites: every site you can see, with a small chart of recent traffic. Click one to open its site page.

Use the range control to switch between the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or All time. Sonar remembers your choice. Click Email me this to send the numbers and summary to your own email address.

Site pages

Click a site in the Sites list on the Overview to open its page. It brings that site together in one place:

• Key numbers with the change on the previous period.
• Ask Sonar for that site.
• A trend chart of visitors and page views.
• Top pages and top sources.
• Campaigns: the top UTM campaigns by visitors. See Campaigns.
• Tracked links & goals: link clicks, goal completions and the busiest items. See Tracked links and goals.
• Dashboards for the site, with + New dashboard.

The date button at the top offers Today, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, All time, or any range you pick on the calendar. Everything on the page follows it.
