Account & Billing
Settings
Account settings (profile, appearance, billing) and site settings (tracking, team, excluded IPs, reports, AI).
Settings come in two places:
- Account settings, from the avatar menu in the top-right: things about you and your plan.
- Site settings, from Settings at the bottom of the sidebar: things about the site you have selected.
Account settings
Profile
Your name, email and profile picture.
Appearance
- Color scheme: light, dark, or follow your system setting.
- Accent color: the highlight color used throughout the app.
Billing
Your current plan, trial and site usage. See Plans & Pricing to compare plans. If you're on someone else's team, this shows the team's plan, and only the owner or an admin can change it.
Site settings
These apply to the site selected in the sidebar's site picker. Switch sites there to change another site's settings.

Team Access
Give teammates access to your sites. Everyone signs in with their own account, so you never share a password.
See who can access the site, invite people, and change their role or sites. The team belongs to your account: roles and seats apply across all your sites, and Remove from this site takes someone off just this site.
Roles

Which sites: give someone All sites (including sites you add later) or pick Selected sites. You can change this at any time from their row in the list.
Inviting: enter their email, choose a role and sites, then click Invite. We email them an invitation, and you also get a link you can copy and send yourself. Either way they join by signing in, or creating an account, with the email address you invited. A forwarded link doesn't work for anyone else.
Seats: the owner counts as one seat, and pending invites count too.

To remove someone, click Remove on their row; their access ends immediately. Teammates can leave a team themselves with Leave team.
Client logins on the Agency plan are separate: they're set up per client under Clients, see only that client's sites, and don't use seats.
Excluded IPs
Visits and link clicks from these addresses aren't recorded for the site, for example your office. Changes take effect within a minute.
Email reports
Email a dashboard to people now, or every week at 8:00 on a day you choose.
AI model
Which AI model answers Ask Sonar questions and writes summaries for the site.
