Installing on Squarespace

Add Sonar to Squarespace with Code Injection.

Squarespace adds site-wide code through Code Injection, which is available on Core, Plus and Advanced plans (and the older Business and Commerce plans).

Steps

  1. In your Squarespace admin, open Settings.

  2. Go to Advanced → Code Injection. On some versions it's under Developer Tools → Code Injection.

  3. Paste your Sonar snippet into the Header box:

    <script async src="https://sonar-app.co.uk/tracker.js" data-site-key="YOUR_SITE_KEY"></script>

  4. Click Save.

Verify

Open your live site in a private window, then reload Sonar. Pageviews you make while logged in to Squarespace may not count if the site is still private or password-protected.

Don't see Code Injection?

Your plan doesn't include it. Upgrade your Squarespace plan, or contact Squarespace support to check which plans offer it in your region.
